Before contacting support

Three quick checks solve most issues.

Your learning data is local, so these steps do not send information anywhere.

Open Settings and note the version shown in the About section. The initial release is version 1.0.

For reminders, confirm notifications are allowed in Android. For appearance or feedback, review the options in Settings.

Close and reopen Excel Formula Trainer. If the issue remains, prepare a short note below with what you expected and what happened.
